These meetings will also be available for a “What's On Your Mind” regarding the Conference\, and the Delegate will report to the body any important information our SWR Trustee shares from their General Service Board (GSB) meeting reports given to all SWR Delegates and Alternate Delegates after each board meeting (if it’s available @ that time). (Important Note: These sharing sessions are offered being by the Panel 73 NETA65 Delegate and attendance is completely optional for any member of NETA65 who wishes to attend and learn more about the General Service Conference and our Area's participation in it.)

This pre-Assembly training is for those trusted\nservants selected by the Delegate to serve as mock committee Co-Chairs and Scribes and is designed to\nreview expectations for their service prior to and during the mock committees at the Assembly.\nAttendance is strongly suggested for trusted servants asked to lead and execute these mock committees\nso the Area may deliver a consistent mock committee experience for all attendees\, but this meeting will be recorded so Co-Chairs and Scribes not able to attend may go back and review it after the orientation.
