Since the GSC operates all year long, there will be four Town Halls throughout the year to help
all Area trusted servants who want to submit proposed agenda items to the conference
coordinator learn how to do that. These meetings will also be available for a “What’s On Your
Mind” regarding the Conference, and the Delegate will report to the body any important
information our SWR Trustee shares from their General Service Board (GSB) meeting reports
given to all SWR Delegates and Alternate Delegates after each board meeting (if it’s available
@ that time).
