NOTE: This form is to be used for the sole purpose of submitting service resumes for consideration for NETA65 Standing Committee Chair positions.

Thank you for making yourself available for one of the Panel 75 NETA65 Standing Committee Chair positions. 

  • This form will allow you to submit your interest, along with your service resume. 
  • An Ad Hoc Committee will review all submissions to make their final selections for these positions.
  • Selections will be approved by the NETA65 body.
